The city of Trento boasts numerous historical monuments, museums, castles, and open spaces, including actual protected areas to visit. You can reach these attractions starting from our Agriturismo in Lavis, which is located just 20 minutes from Trento, the capital city of Trentino – Alto Adige.

How to get there

ust 2 minutes by car from our farmhouse is the Trento – Malè railway stop, making it very easy to get to the city centre of Trento or to other destinations at your convenience. On board, you can also bring your bicycle with you or, if you prefer, rent it directly once you arrive at your destination. For the more adventurous, just 3 minutes on foot from our Agriturismo is the entrance to the cycle path, so you can reach the city of Trento or Bolzano smog free. On your bicycle, but also on foot, you can easily get to Trento city centre. In just 10 minutes from the train stop, you will find the Castello del Buonconsiglio Museum, the Cathedral of San Vigilio, Piazza del Duomo, the Diocesan Tridentine Museum, the SASS Underground Archaeological Space, the Air Force Museum of Giovanni Caproni, the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Civic Tower, the Archaeological Area of ​​Palazzo Lodron, Palazzo Quetta-Alberti-Colico, Palazzo Trautmannsdorf, Piazza Fiera, which is also a reference point for the famous Christmas markets of our city.

A little further away, the Doss Trento, the Mausoleum of Cesare Battisti, the Gallerie di Piedicastello, and the Mart, the civic gallery of Trento can be easily reached by bicycle and urban transport. And it does not end here. In Le Albere, a district in Trento designed by the famous architect Renzo Piano, you will find the Trento Science Museum (MUSE), Palazzo delle Albere, and the Central University Library.
